Step-by-step solution
- Open the organ transport box at Zoe's house to obtain her lanyard.
- Open the pharmacy locker with 6539 and collect the Prescription Dosage Error note.
- Find the 21 Farrow St. Back Door Key in apartment 1/2, upstairs in the building south of map marker 14. Use it at Jess's back door and take the Broken Stethoscope from the bedroom bed.
- Return to the Z Ellis room at the back of the clinic.
- Place the Broken Stethoscope on the left scale, the dosage-error note in the middle, and Zoe's Lanyard on the right.
